Mmm, I made soft (reeeally soft) sugar cookies. The best part: they are dinos!

There's two kinds, t-rex & triceratops. I had a cutter for a third one (velociraptor), but it was more fragle so I decided to skip it this time.

They're all frosted with rolled fondant, which I'd never made or used before, but it was a piece of cake! I'm gonna make some orange ones, marbled green ones, and maybe red & pink. Fondant is the typical icing for wedding cakes or those decorated cakes with the bows and strips and super smoothness and stuff. Because it's 'rolled' out with a rolling pin and not sticky, you can also use cookie cutters on it, which is what I did so my cookies would have perfect smooth frosting. I'm still trying to decide whether I should pipe them with even MORE icing for designs or eyes or something. ALSO, Willow gave me some DINO SPRINKLES for Christmas, so I'm probably going to decorate them with those too. :D

They all turned out wonderful & delicious, and I'm SO HAPPY because the cookie recipe I used was a MESS. I'd used it before and it was awesome, but this time something went wrong (as far as I know, I did everthing the same, so who knows?). So it was a little bit of a headache, but I fixed it and they are delicious yay!

Also, it was a wonderfully warm & nice day here. :D
